Return Policy
1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the hair products must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 15 days of the purchase date.
2. Return process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.
3. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. 
4. Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to defective or incorrect item. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
5. Non-Returnable items: Products that have been altered or used are not eligible for return.
